Welcome to Namo Travels. By booking a cab through our website, WhatsApp, or phone, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Confirmation

• Bookings are subject to the availability of vehicles at the time of the request.
• A booking is considered “Confirmed” only after you receive a confirmation message/email from Namo Travels.
• For luxury cars or long-distance outstation trips, an advance payment may be required to secure the booking.

2. Pricing and Payments

• Estimated Fares: The fare shown at the time of booking is an estimate. The final fare may vary based on actual distance traveled, extra hours, or changes in the route.
• Exclusions: Toll taxes, state taxes, parking fees, and airport entry fees are not included in the basic fare and must be paid by the customer as per actuals.
• Payment Methods: We accept Cash, UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), and Online Bank Transfers.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation Fee: If a booking is cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time, a nominal cancellation fee may apply.
• No-Show: If the customer is not present at the pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a “No-Show,” and the advance (if any) will be forfeited.

4. User Responsibilities

• Customers are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle. Any damage caused to the interior or exterior of the car by the passenger will be charged as per actual repair costs.
• Carrying illegal substances, weapons, or inflammable items is strictly prohibited.
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle are not allowed.

5. Delays and Liability

• While we strive for 100% punctuality, Namo Travels is not responsible for delays caused by unavoidable circumstances like heavy traffic, road blocks, weather conditions, or mechanical breakdowns.
• In case of a vehicle breakdown, we will provide an alternative vehicle as soon as possible, but we are not liable for any consequential loss due to the delay.

6. Safety and Conduct

• Our drivers have the right to refuse service to any passenger who is unruly, abusive, or poses a safety risk.
• For night journeys (Outstation), we recommend stops only at well-lit and safe locations.

7. Changes to Terms

Namo Travels reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be effective as soon as they are posted on our website.
